By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Products & Usage

  • All patches sold are iron-on and sew-on, and customer involvement is required to properly apply them. Detailed application instructions will be included with each order.

  • We recommend using both methods (ironing and sewing) for the best results and durability.

2. Custom & Bespoke Orders

  • For all custom or bespoke items, a digital artwork preview will be sent to you via email for approval before stitching begins.

  • If we do not receive a response within 5 working days, we will assume approval and proceed with production.

  • Once stitching has begun, no further changes or amendments can be made.

  • All custom and personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty or incorrect due to our error.

3. Sizing & Jackets

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct sizing of any chosen garment or item prior to purchase.

  • We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for incorrect sizing if the order was fulfilled as requested.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • We take pride in the quality of our work. If we have made a mistake (wrong item, design error, or defect), we will happily offer a replacement or refund.

  • Returns are only accepted in cases where we are at fault.

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, patches and personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any other circumstances.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch all non-custom orders within the stated processing time. Custom orders may take longer depending on complexity.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs once the item has been dispatched.

6. Intellectual Property

  • We reserve the right to use images of custom work for our portfolio, website, or social media. If you'd prefer your design not be shared, please let us know at the time of ordering.

7. Contact & Communication

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact details are correct so we can reach you for artwork approval and delivery updates.

  • Please check your spam/junk folder if you haven't heard from us within a few days of placing a custom order.
